📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.,Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system (ATS).,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs.,Conduct initial phone screens and schedule interviews.,Prepare and send job offers to selected candidates.,Assist in onboarding new hires.,Provide administrative support to the recruitment team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages.
