📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Craft and serve premium cocktails and beverages to our guests.
- Maintain a well-stocked bar with high-quality ingredients and supplies.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring our guests have a memorable dining experience.
- Work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and coordination.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in mixology.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Participate in inventory management and cost control.
- Train and mentor junior bartenders as needed.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- At least 3 years of experience as a bartender in high-end bars, restaurants, or hotels.
- Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes and mixology techniques.
- Familiarity with bar equipment and tools, such as shakers, strainers, and jiggers.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Valid ID and work permit for Indonesia.
