As an HR Supervisor, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining the accuracy and efficiency of our payroll and tax processes. You'll work closely with our HRIS system, such as SAP SuccessFactors, to ensure all employee data is up-to-date and accurately reflected in our payroll and tax filings. Your expertise will be crucial in handling complex payroll scenarios, tax calculations, and ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage and oversee the entire payroll process, including salary calculations, deductions, and net pay disbursement.
- Ensure compliance with local and international tax regulations, including PTKP, PPh 21, and other relevant tax laws.
- Manage and maintain the HRIS system, SAP SuccessFactors, to ensure accurate and up-to-date employee data.
- Conduct regular payroll audits to identify and resolve any discrepancies or errors.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of monthly, quarterly, and annual tax filings.
- Provide guidance and support to the HR team on payroll and tax-related matters.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in payroll, tax, and HRIS to implement best practices and improvements.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll, tax, and HRIS management.
- Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors or similar HRIS systems.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws, including PTKP, PPh 21, and other relevant regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
