📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records using SAP and QuickBooks.
- Conduct financial analysis and prepare reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.
- Manage payroll processing and ensure timely payment of salaries and benefits.
- Monitor and reconcile bank accounts and financial transactions.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Provide financial support to other departments as needed.
- Participate in financial audits and internal reviews.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a hospitality or leisure industry.
- Proficiency in SAP and QuickBooks.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple priorities.
- Detail-oriented with a high attention to accuracy.
