📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations,Manage and train restaurant staff to ensure high levels of customer service,Monitor food and beverage inventory levels and place orders as needed,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner,Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote the restaurant,Monitor and maintain restaurant cleanliness and hygiene standards,Assist in preparing and presenting financial reports for the restaurant

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a restaurant management or supervisory role,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations and industry trends,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software,Previous experience in a high-volume restaurant setting is a plus,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
