As a Customer Care representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with the best possible service and support.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
  • Provide information and support related to our products and services.
  • Resolve customer issues to their satisfaction.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Stay updated with company policies and procedures.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
  • Adhere to company guidelines and regulations.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Good knowledge of computer software and hardware.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus.
