📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Banquet Manager in planning and executing banquet events, ensuring they run smoothly and meet the expectations of our guests.,Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure all necessary arrangements are made for events.,Manage event budgets and ensure they are used efficiently and effectively.,Oversee the setup and breakdown of event venues, including tables, chairs, decorations, and equipment.,Train and supervise banquet staff to ensure they are knowledgeable and capable of providing excellent service.,Handle guest inquiries and complaints, ensuring they are addressed promptly and professionally.,Maintain accurate records of event details, guest lists, and financial transactions.,Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Knowledge of event planning and management principles.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with local regulations and laws related to event planning and hospitality.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, or a related field is preferred.
