📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Cook in preparing and cooking meals according to recipes and standards.,Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area.,Maintain food safety and hygiene standards.,Monitor inventory levels and order ingredients as needed.,Assist in training and supervising junior cooks.,Prepare and maintain documentation related to food preparation and inventory.,Participate in quality control checks to ensure food safety and quality.,Assist in the development and implementation of kitchen procedures and protocols.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Cook or similar role.,Knowledge of Indonesian cuisine and cooking techniques.,Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.,Strong communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Good physical fitness and stamina.
