Shop Nest Corporindo is looking for a Deputy Fleet Coordinator to join our team in Makassar. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our fleet management operations and help ensure the smooth running of our logistics. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet coordination and a passion for improving operational efficiency.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the coordination and management of the company's fleet of vehicles.,Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure timely servicing.,Track fuel consumption and cost, and work towards reducing expenses.,Coordinate with drivers and ensure compliance with safety regulations.,Assist in the preparation and maintenance of fleet reports and documentation.,Provide support in the planning and execution of fleet-related projects.,Assist in the recruitment and training of new drivers.,Maintain a high level of communication and collaboration with the Fleet Coordinator and other departments.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Valid driver's license and good driving record.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
