📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assess and stabilize patients in emergency situations, providing immediate medical care.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the attending physician.
• Monitor and document patient vital signs, medical history, and progress.
• Coordinate with the emergency department team to ensure seamless patient care.
• Perform emergency procedures such as IV therapy, wound care, and splinting.
• Assist in the triage and treatment of patients based on the severity of their condition.
• Participate in emergency drills and training sessions to maintain and enhance emergency response skills.
• Provide compassionate and empathetic care to patients and their families.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in emergency nursing or a related field.
• Certification as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Indonesia.
• Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems such as Epic or Cerner.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment with a positive attitude.
• Knowledge of emergency medical procedures and protocols.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
