General Manager - Hotel & Resort

As the General Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations, ensuring the hotel meets and exceeds industry standards. You will work closely with the management team to develop and implement strategies that drive revenue growth and enhance guest satisfaction. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, safety, and service.
• Manage and mentor a team of 50+ staff members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain guests, utilizing tools like CRM systems and social media platforms.
• Monitor financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and budgeting, using accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as local laws and industry standards.
• Collaborate with the front office team to manage reservations, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently.
• Lead the housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure all rooms and public areas are well-maintained.
• Represent the hotel at industry events and conferences to build relationships and network with key stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in hotel management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing hotel operations and driving revenue growth.
• Strong knowledge of hospitality industry trends, best practices, and technology tools such as PMS (Property Management System) and POS (Point of Sale) systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Certification in hospitality management or a related field is a plus.
