📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the construction and maintenance of our sites.,Ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget.,Managing and supervising a team of workers.,Conducting regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.,Resolving any issues or challenges that may arise during the construction or maintenance process.,Maintaining strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders.,Ensuring that all necessary permits and approvals are obtained for each project.,Implementing and maintaining quality control measures on-site.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and equipment.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with relevant software and tools, such as AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and project management software.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
