📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate evaluation.
• Support the HR team in maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and training.
• Help with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Assist in employee relations activities, including conflict resolution and grievance handling.
• Support the HR team in conducting performance appraisals and providing feedback to employees.
• Assist in the preparation and distribution of payroll and benefits information.
• Help with the coordination of HR-related events and activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Recent graduate with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of HR practices and procedures.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
• Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
