📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead a team of electrical engineers in the design, installation, and maintenance of electrical systems.,Oversee the development of electrical system designs and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.,Conduct site inspections and ensure the quality of electrical installations.,Develop and implement training programs for the electrical engineering team.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure the successful implementation of electrical projects.,Manage project budgets and timelines to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the electrical engineering field.,Mentor and coach junior engineers to help them develop their skills and advance their careers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical engineering, with a strong background in electrical system design and installation.,Proven leadership experience in a team setting.,Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations, such as NEC and IEEE.,Proficiency in electrical software and tools, such as AutoCAD, Revit, and ETAP.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
