📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage production machines to ensure efficient and safe operations.,Monitor machine performance and identify areas for improvement.,Train and mentor junior operators on machine operation and safety procedures.,Conduct regular maintenance and repairs on production machines.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Collaborate with the production team to meet daily production targets.,Implement and maintain quality control measures.,Maintain accurate records of machine operation and maintenance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing environment.,Proven track record of successful machine operation and maintenance.,Strong knowledge of machine operation and maintenance procedures.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with quality control and safety procedures.,Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.,Valid driver's license and ability to operate company vehicles.
