📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and high standards of service.,Coordinate with team members to achieve operational goals and targets.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking.,Manage and train junior staff to maintain operational efficiency.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Generate and analyze operational reports to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategic planning.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other operational software.,Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
