📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of tax consultants to ensure timely and accurate completion of tax projects.,Provide expert tax advice and guidance to clients, helping them navigate complex tax laws and regulations.,Develop and implement effective tax strategies to minimize clients' tax liabilities and maximize their tax benefits.,Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify tax-saving opportunities and compliance risks.,Prepare and review tax returns, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.,Stay up-to-date with the latest tax laws and regulations, and provide training and support to the team.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Taxation, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax consulting, preferably in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.,Professional certification in taxation (e.g., CPA, CMA, or equivalent) is a plus.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages is required.
