📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the operations of the dining area, including staff scheduling, training, and performance management.,Ensure excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and providing accurate and timely service.,Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the dining area, including tables, utensils, and equipment.,Manage inventory and restocking of supplies to ensure smooth operations.,Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.,Assist the kitchen staff with special orders and menu recommendations.,Train and mentor new waitresses to ensure consistent service quality.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the dining area.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Waitress or similar role in the hospitality industry.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Knowledge of food and beverage service standards and best practices.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 30 pounds.,Valid food handler's permit or willingness to obtain one.
