📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the planning, design, and execution of engineering projects.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met.,Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for new projects.,Prepare project proposals, budgets, and schedules.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.,Mentor and train junior engineers and support staff.,Provide technical guidance and support to project teams.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in project engineering.,Strong knowledge of engineering principles and practices.,Proficiency in project management tools and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with local regulations and standards is a plus.
