📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.,Source and screen resumes to identify potential candidates for open positions.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs.,Maintain a strong understanding of the local job market and industry trends.,Assist in the development and implementation of onboarding programs for new hires.,Provide feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the hiring process.,Stay up-to-date with recruitment best practices and industry standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.,Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and technologies, such as ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities.,Strong organizational and time-management skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Experience with remote recruitment and virtual interviewing is a plus.
