JUNCTION Ekspansindo is seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the operations of our restaurant in Singkawang, Kalimantan Barat. This is a remote position that offers a competitive salary and opportunities for growth.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling and performance management.
  • Ensure high standards of food quality, portion control, and presentation.
  • Manage inventory and ordering to optimize costs and minimize waste.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment for staff and customers.
  • Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in regular training and development for staff.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance and customer feedback.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.
  • Proven track record of success in managing restaurant operations.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or related field.
  • Fluent in Indonesian and English.
