Apotek Sari Sate is looking for a dedicated Telemarketing professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, answering inquiries, and promoting our products and services. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to the growth of our business.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct outbound and inbound telemarketing calls to promote our products and services.,Answer customer inquiries and provide information about our products.,Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales.,Follow up with leads to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.,Assist in developing and implementing telemarketing strategies.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in telemarketing.,Meet and exceed sales targets set by the company.,Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience in telemarketing or a related field.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,High school diploma or equivalent.
