📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed quarterly targets.,Manage and coordinate all aspects of group events, including planning, execution, and follow-up.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.,Oversee the booking and coordination of vendors, including accommodations, transportation, and activities.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns to promote events and services.,Ensure all events are executed smoothly and meet the expectations of clients and participants.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing timely and effective solutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and event management, preferably in the tourism or hospitality industry.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience with event planning software and CRM systems is a plus.,Familiarity with Bali's tourism industry and local customs is a strong asset.
