Rumah Sakit Eko Coffee is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Counter professional to join our team in Canggu. This is an immediate opportunity for someone who is passionate about coffee and customer service. In this role, you will be the face of our café, interacting with customers and driving sales. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist customers at the sales counter, providing information about our products and services.,Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.,Handle cash transactions and maintain a clean and organized sales area.,Upsell and cross-sell products to increase sales.,Ensure a positive customer experience by addressing any concerns or issues promptly.,Maintain a high level of hygiene and cleanliness in the sales area.,Assist in stock management and inventory control.,Promote our café and special offers to attract new customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school education or equivalent experience.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.,Friendly and approachable personality.,Basic knowledge of coffee and related products is a plus.,Fluency in English is preferred but not mandatory.
