📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and standards.,Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.,Ensure all kitchen equipment is clean and in good working order.,Manage inventory and ensure sufficient stock levels.,Work efficiently under pressure to meet service times.,Assist in training and developing junior kitchen staff.,Participate in regular staff meetings and contribute to kitchen operations.,Adhere to all health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.,Proven track record of food preparation and cooking.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with local and international cuisine.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques.,Valid food handler's certificate.
