📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including food and beverage service, staff scheduling, and inventory management.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.,Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase sales revenue.,Manage a team of restaurant staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Maintain a clean and well-organized restaurant environment, including kitchen and dining areas.,Handle customer complaints and ensure they are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner.,Participate in corporate events and initiatives to promote the brand and enhance the customer experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management, with a proven track record of success.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work under pressure.,Proficiency in using restaurant management software and point-of-sale systems.,Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends, regulations, and best practices.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages.
