📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.,Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.,Conduct initial screening interviews and assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide input on the hiring process.,Maintain and update job descriptions, ensuring they are accurate and appealing to potential candidates.,Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on recruitment activities and results.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a proven track record of success.,Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and industry trends.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.,Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
