📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Leading the talent acquisition process from sourcing to onboarding

Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies

Building and maintaining relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers

Conducting interviews and assessments to identify top talent

Ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements

Providing regular reports on recruitment metrics and trends

Collaborating with the HR team to improve recruitment processes

Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or a related role

Proven track record of successful recruitment and hiring

Strong understanding of recruitment tools and technologies

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations

Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
