🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field,Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a similar role,Strong leadership and communication skills,Proven ability to manage and motivate a team,Good understanding of HR policies and procedures,Experience in operational management and process improvement,Familiarity with HRIS and other HR management tools,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
