📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services,Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure the accuracy of the documentation,Write clear, concise, and user-friendly technical content,Review and edit technical documentation to ensure consistency and accuracy,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Contribute to the improvement of our documentation processes and tools,Provide support to customers and internal teams through the documentation,Participate in product development meetings to understand the technical aspects of our products

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing,Strong writing and editing skills with an excellent command of the English language,Familiarity with technical documentation tools and software,Understanding of software development processes and methodologies,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
