📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide administrative and logistical support to the healthcare team, including patient registration, appointment scheduling, and medical record management using our in-house system.
• Assist in the preparation and distribution of medical supplies and equipment, ensuring they are properly stocked and organized.
• Support the healthcare team by preparing and distributing medications, ensuring accuracy and adherence to prescription protocols.
• Assist patients with their healthcare needs, including helping them understand their treatment plans, answering their questions, and providing emotional support.
• Participate in patient education programs, helping to empower patients with the knowledge they need to manage their health.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure the smooth operation of our hospital, including assisting with patient transport, cleaning, and other maintenance tasks.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to hospital protocols and standards.
• Assist in the implementation of quality improvement initiatives, helping to ensure that our hospital meets and exceeds industry standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• High school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare support role or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with a diverse team of healthcare professionals.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with electronic medical record systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment, with a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with healthcare terminology and procedures, including basic first aid and emergency response protocols.
