📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct internal audits of palm oil plantations to assess compliance with industry standards and regulations.

• Collaborate with agronomists, plantation managers, and other stakeholders to implement corrective actions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal auditing or a similar role within the agricultural sector.
• Certification in internal auditing (e.g., CPA, CIA, or equivalent) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of industry regulations and standards relevant to palm oil plantations.
• Proficiency in using audit software such as SAS 9.4, Oracle Hyperion, or similar tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
